Compass is a low risk high reward outreach, but there is work involved, and life changing events planned. If you feel like this is your calling you must be dedicated,  fun,  love the outdoor lifestyle and want to change lives. You must be available EVERY Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. .
