Matt

The founder of Compass insists that he is the co- founder "Jesus wanted me to do this so he is a founder too" Matt is a life long outdoorsman and has 3 passions in life; God, family, and the outdoors. A member of the staff the Greater Flint Outreach center he was challenged to help the outreach grow, "It was easy, I want to share Gods grace and the beauty of the great outdoors how can you go wrong?" Matt likes all types of hunting but enjoys shooting his bow the most. He and his trusty Hoyt has downed a number of deer, 2 eight points is the biggest. he has also harvested a coyote and some squirrels. Matt also has called in and downed numerous turkeys. He also enjoys bass fishing with his wife Susan, which he has been happily married for close to 16 years.
