The Compass pro staff are here to help you. We have a variety of experience in the outdoors and in life. The pro staff are chosen not only with their outdoor expertise but the life experience too.

If you need help setting up your bow, finding a hunting or fishing spot or just need some advice on what to do in a certain situation we are here for you. Take the time and read their bios. Compass is a low risk high reward outreach, but there is work involved, and life changing events planned. If you feel like this is your calling you must be dedicated,  fun,  love the outdoor lifestyle and want to change lives. You must be available EVERY Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. .
